Featuring a high torque motor, compact design, excellent ergonomics and lightweight housing, the LH 19E is one of the most capable and maneuverable rotary polishers on the market. Its light weight and robust design make it the ultimate rotary polishing solution for a variety of industries including automotive detailing, collision repair and refinishing, marine, and more.
ROTARY: A rotating disc, which rotates on a central axis at the highest speed at the edge of the pads. Rotating motion tends to be the most invasive of the surface, generating significant friction and heat that can result in burns, penetration marks, and rotational induced vortex marks if used incorrectly. In the hands of a skilled technician, a rotary tool has the lowest levels of vibration of any tool movement, but it can take a long time to learn to use the tool correctly. Rotational motion is commonly used for polishing operations.
Anti-vibration ring handle
The innovative loop handle allows users to hold the polishing tool securely at different angles for accuracy and stability during the polishing process. The soft grip material and special design absorb and dissipate vibrations to improve operator comfort as well as protect delicate surfaces from damage. A new loop handle is included as standard with every tool.
Anti-vibration side handle
The soft side handle reduces vibration during the polishing process and provides comfortable control of the polishing tool. Featuring a new design and specialized materials to absorb and dissipate vibrations from the machine, the handle can be added to either side, depending on operator preference, and is included with DLX Kits polishers.
Electrical wire 9 meters
The new 9-meter heavy-duty wire is measured to provide maximum polisher power for safe and efficient operation. The longer cord saves you time, steps and hassle since the user does not need to use additional extension cords when polishing around the vehicle.
Electronic speed control dial
The all-new variable speed dial provides the ability to adjust speeds for specific applications. The dial features larger numbers, a click feel to indicate speed changes, and is positioned for easy adjustment during the polishing process.
Adding an extra level of control, the LH19E includes a progressive trigger. This trigger acts as a throttle allowing the operator to control speeds within the contact range to deliver exactly the desired speed and to quickly adjust it as needed without interrupting the work process.
